The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), Pakistan’s largest social safety net, has officially announced the rollout of the “Benazir Social Protection Wallet 2026”, a revolutionary digital payment system aimed at making financial assistance to millions of deserving women faster, safer, and completely transparent.
Under the new policy starting in 2026, every eligible female beneficiary will receive a free SIM card and a digital wallet linked to her CNIC. All future installments of Benazir Kafaalat, Taleemi Wazaif, and other payments will be disbursed directly into this digital wallet through biometric verification, eliminating middlemen and reducing fraud.

Important: BISP never charges any fee for surveys, registration, or activation.
Strong Warning Against Fraud
BISP has issued a serious warning about rising scams. Fraudsters are:
- Send fake messages from unofficial numbers
- Issue fake tokens and letters
- Demand money for “registration” or “activation”
