KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) – Pakistan has asked the Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (Hesco) to avoid load-shedding during sehri and iftar times.

MNA Syed Waseem Hussain, MPAs Rashid Khilji, Sabir Qaimkhani, Zubair Ahmed Khan and Dilawar Qureshi deplored extended power outages in Hyderabad.

The legislators pointed out that the power outages during Ramazan, especially during sehri and iftar hours caused great distress to Muslims observing fasts.
