PESHAWAR: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (Pesco) has accelerated its ongoing drive against illegal use of electricity across the province.

According to details, Pesco Mardan-2 Division teams along with Pesco police, checked various premises in the jurisdiction of Rustam, Ghari Kapora, Katlang sub divisions and nabbed eight more persons on the spot involved in taking direct connections from LT line.

Proper FIRs have been registered against them in Pesco police station.
