LAHORE: Loadshedding on all high-loss feeders in Lahore and adjoining districts is likely to continue as there is no plan to change the current schedule of outages.

However, the feeders showing zero per cent technical and commercial losses in aggregate will be removed from the loadshedding list after an analysis within a week, according to official sources.

“We have no plan to provide uninterrupted power supply in areas falling under service jurisdiction of the high-loss feeders. Since it is a policy matter, we will continue observing loadshedding on all high-loss feeders,” a senior official of the Lahore Electric Supply Company (Lesco) told Dawn on Wednesday.
