Regularisation of the service of workers of power distribution companies employed over the last couple of years and ensuring their safety and health at workplace included the demands made by the All Pakistan Wapda Hydro Electric Workers Union (CBA) at a demonstration held here on Tuesday.

They were carrying banners, placards and red flags and raising slogans for provision of security to the field staff, especially those deputed for detecting power theft and recovery of electricity dues.
