LAHORE: Unannounced load shedding has started impacting business activities throughout the province as the distribution companies (DISCOs) are practicing two to six hours load shedding in urban and rural areas to manage the load.

Especially, with a rise in temperature the Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) has exercised unannounced load shedding in three girds of the city, affecting the electricity supply to a number of areas and vicinities in the city.
